GVS-RC
Multi-user system designed to repair centers. The standard version is composed for the modules of inventory, product receiving, supply, administrative, service orders, logistic, invoicing and dispatch. Designed for Windows environment it works under client-server architecture. The service order is automatically opened when transferred from service centers or opened by call-center via web page. It makes possible integration with logistic operators. It controls range of received, processed and forwarded products. It has a work-flow process for every kinds of activity.
GVS-WEB
Software designed for web environment, to open work orders from an especific manufacturer. It’s composed by modules of work orders and purchase. It works on line and has a tool to check and update the work orders status.
GVS-SC
Multi-user system designed to service centers management. It is composed by modules of, master data base, inventory, supply, purchase, sales, administrative, work order, and financial, technical and administrative documentation. Versatile system designed to corporative users. The basic version is composed for the modules of master data, spare parts supply, purchase, sales, service orders and financial. It’s designed for Windows environment with client-server architecture. It has the essential tools to service center network management. GVS-CRM
System in web environment, for opening and monitoring calls generated from client (receptive) and / or call center to the client (active). This software is integrated to GVS-Corporate, GVS-SC, GVS-SP, GVS-Web, GVS-RC, GVS-Enterprise and logistics operators allowing your company’s call center to have access to all available information and to historical cases of the customer, opening and tracking service requests.
